Notifyre Inbound Fax Integration

Clinically Stream can now receive faxes directly into your clinical inbox via Notifyre. Incoming faxes are automatically processed through the same document pipeline as emails and uploads - including OCR and classification - so they appear in your clinical inbox ready for review.

How to set up

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Notifyre
  2. Enter your Notifyre API key
  3. Copy the webhook URL shown on the page
  4. Open the Notifyre Developer Dashboard and add a new webhook using the copied URL
  5. Tick the Fax Received event
  6. Copy the signing secret from Notifyre and paste it back into the Clinically settings page
  7. Create an API key with User level access in the Notifyre page, and copy and paste the key back into the Clinically settings page
  8. Enable Inbound fax receiving and save

Incoming faxes will now appear in your clinical inbox automatically.
